Once construction is completed, DEC conducts a final inspection to close and accept the project.
We provide operation and maintenance support to assist our clients with starting up, operating and maintaining new systems to insure proper operation and long-life.
Close-out activities include:
- processing of record drawings
- preparation of a system operation and maintenance manual (as requested)
- completion of funding agency documentation and certifications as required for the project
- coordinating with clients on other project completion details.
